In this entry-level position, you will help drive the development of features and processes that directly impact how we earn revenue and deliver value to our users. As a Junior PM, you'll act as a bridge between teams, the voice of our customers, service providers and operations, ensuring our monetization and fulfillment features meet business goals while providing a great user experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking and a passion for understanding how business systems work.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the company to learn the aspects of product management and make an immediate impact. In this role, you'll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from brainstorming ideas and analyzing data to launching solutions and iterating on them. If you are early in your career and eager to learn how to build products that balance user needs with business objectives, we'd love to meet you!Responsibilities Monetization Projects: Support development and optimization of revenue-driving features (payments, subscriptions, cashback). Analyze flows, identify drop-offs, and propose improvements.

Fulfillment Process Improvements: Enhance end-to-end customer-provider workflows (quotes, job management, communication, transactions) to ensure smooth fulfillment. Data Analysis & Insights: Track key metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify pain points in payments and fulfillment. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, designers, operations, and finance to implement product changes, adapting communication to each team. User Research & Feedback: Assist in gathering feedback and conducting research to understand user pain points (e. g. , drop-offs, provider analytics needs) and informing refinements. Product Planning & Execution: Contribute to product requirements, user stories, and roadmap prioritization for monetization and fulfillment features.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate with QA on testing, run pilots for new features, and gather results before rollout. Continuous Improvement: Monitor launched features, evaluate performance, and suggest iterations or fixes as neededRequirements Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred. Some experience in product management or related roles (e. g. , internships, business analysis, consulting) is ideal, but we also welcome recent graduates or those transitioning from neighboring roles. Analytical & Quick Learner: Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data and tools to uncover insights and guide decisions. Curious and able to quickly grasp complex systems (e. g.

, payments, logistics) and ramp up in new domains. User-Centric & Business Savvy: Balance great user experiences with business goals. Empathize with users (customers and service providers) understanding their pain points in payment or fulfillment flows, while ensuring improvements support growth and revenue. Strong Communicator & Collaborator: Excellent written and verbal skills. Able to adapt communication for engineers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fostering clear alignment and teamwork. Organized & Proactive: Capable of managing multiple tasks and smaller initiatives with attention to detail, strong organization, and initiative to improve processes. Technical Awareness & Tools:

Basic understanding of software delivery (Agile/Scrum) and comfortable engaging with developers. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Stripe, or analytics platforms is a plus, but eagerness to learn matters most.
