Senior Director, Products & Solutions

Position SummaryThe primary purpose of the role is to drive the growth and success of a logistics business by creating and refining supply chain products and end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs, aligned with market trends, and contribute to the business strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities • Develop and execute the supply chain product and solutions strategy for the cluster’s logistics business in alignment with the DPW Greater China objectives• Manage the product team for the respective cluster• Oversee the development of supply chain solutions for vertical customers• Define the value proposition for each product and create a roadmap for their development and rollout• Communicate product development updates, milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management• Work closely with Senior Director Commercial Logistics of various zones leads to understand current capacity, capability and development plans to identify opportunity for ongoing product development• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive year-on-year market share growth for supply chain products and solutions through market research, competitive analysis, and innovative product development• Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings for new supply chain products by designing and delivering customer-centric solutions, monitoring feedback, and continuously improving product quality and performance• Enhance overall profitability by leading design and development of profitable supply chain products and solutions, implementing cost optimization strategies, and driving revenue growth through new product initiativesQualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field• Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain management, product design, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position• Extensive knowledge and expertise in supply chain management principles, processes, and best practices• Strong experience in designing and developing supply chain products and solutions, including a track record of successful new product launches• Proven experience in driving innovation, identifying market trends, and implementing customer-centric strategies in the logistics or shipping industry• Experience in managing product lifecycles, conducting market research, and performing competitive analysis to inform product design and development decisions• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas and influence key stakeholders• Strategic mindset and business acumen to drive profitability, identify growth opportunities, and align product design with organizational goalsEEO Statement DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
