Senior Business / Commercial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team in Singapore. This newly created role will support our strategic business initiatives across the APAC region by managing data quality, developing dashboard reports, and providing high-quality data insights and performance reporting. Your work will help the business make decisions, set priorities, and execute critical initiatives to achieve our APAC strategic objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how data drives strategy, working closely with senior leaders to deliver real, measurable impact across the region. Key Accountabilities:

Design and develop engaging Power BI dashboards tailored to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and business needs. Maintain and improve initiative tracking tools to ensure accurate, up-to-date status, milestones, KPIs, and value delivery. Translate business requirements into clear, intuitive visualizations for diverse audiences. Source, validate, and prepare data from multiple systems and business units to enable integrated, high-quality reporting. Analyse pipeline health, process management, initiative performance, and value impact to deliver actionable insights. Identify data gaps and partner with business leaders to improve data quality and accessibility.

Collaborate with the Strategy Execution Team, Finance, and senior leaders to align reported metrics. Partner with Finance to reconcile initiative performance with budgets and forecasts. Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs for the Corporate Strategy team and ELT. Drive continuous improvement by enhancing automation, standardization, and scalability of reporting processes. Stay current with Power BI and business intelligence tools, recommending innovative enhancements. Help build team capability in using reporting tools and interpreting results. Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in a business analytics role; consulting experience in business strategy, transactions, or deal advisory highly regarded. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience in complex Excel modelling. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Advanced competency in database management and Power BI dashboard development. Solid understanding of finance functions, business operating systems, and budgeting processes.
