Your ResponsibilitiesManage and grow regional automotive accounts across Europe, focusing on Tier 1 suppliers and automotive componentsIdentify customer challenges and build integrated end-to-end logistics solutions across DP World’s product portfolioDrive customer stickiness by ensuring sustainability, continuity, and a personalized delivery experienceDevelop and execute growth strategies and meet financial targetsLead RFQs, contract negotiations, and be the internal face of the customer during bidsFoster strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders in operations, engineering, and procurementMaintain CRM pipeline and track account metrics, KPIs, and financial performanceCollaborate closely with DP World teams across Air, Ocean, Rail, Road, Terminals, and eCommerceSupport pricing, proposals, and commercial documentationRepresent DP World at customer meetings and industry eventsYour Profile10+ years in supply chain/logistics, preferably in freight forwarding, Tier 1 automotive suppliers, or automotive component manufacturersStrong network within the automotive industry (e.

g. , Mercedes, BMW, VW, Bosch)Experience in account management, tender management, or procurement within the automotive sectorUnderstanding of multimodal, 2PL/3PL, and customs brokerageFluent in English plus: Fluency in Spanish and French is a strong plus (for KAM/BD position Spain / France and Western Europe region)Fluency in Turkish or an Eastern European language is a strong plus (for KAM/BD position Eastern Europe & Turkey)Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insightsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsProactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environmentOtherAt DP World, you will:
