About the Talent Acquisition Internship Role: We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate to join the Group People Department, supporting our Group Talent Acquisition Branding agenda. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about creating relevant and inspiring content for our current and future employees and who want to gain hands-on experience in corporate HR initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Support the development of global Talent Acquisition toolkits, including interview guides, hiring manager resources, and recruiter playbooks.
Assist in the creation and design of a global pre-onboarding guide to enhance the new joiner experience across regions. Conduct research and gather content to ensure materials are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the employer brand. Collaborate with the Global TA team and regional stakeholders to collect feedback and incorporate improvements. Assist in formatting and editing content for digital distribution (e. g. PDFs, intranet pages, or digital platforms). Help manage project timelines, task trackers, and status updates to ensure timely delivery. Contribute to creative marketing initiatives related to EVP and candidate experience.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to support wider global TA initiatives. Preferred Education & Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communications, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail. Ability to deliver projects to time with high impact. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); Canva or similar tools a plus. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
