Job Description

Purchasing and Technical Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Manager in procurement and technical services relating to FF&E (furniture, fixtures and Equipment) and OS&E (operating supplies and equipment) for hotels.  Purchasing Coordinator is an entry-level position for someone with little to no experience in the hospitality sector, but with intermediate English and computer skills.   Project Coordinator is a mid-entry position for someone with 2-5 years experience in the hospitality sector or managed procurement. Project Manager is a mid-level position for someone with 5+ years of experience in the hospitality sector or managed procurement.

Potential candidates must be permanent residents of the city of Bratislava, Slovak Republic, this is a requirement.  Successful candidates will be eager to develop: skills in the specialized industry of hospitality procurementknowledge in computer and software pertaining to industry servicesPurchasing Coordinator is an entry-level position and will be administrative oriented, while offering support to Project Managers in:

requesting quotationsfollowing up with suppliers by phone and email for various informationpreparing and updating reports (Microsoft office)learning the range of hospitality products and sourcesProject Coordinator is an mid-entry position and will be part administrative oriented with a higher level of expectation respective to working autonomously once trained, while offering support to Project Managers in: client meetingssite & factory visitsresponsibilities of Purchasing Coordinatoroversight of Purchasing CoordinatorsProject Manager is a mid-level position and will be part administrative oriented with a high level of expectation respective to working autonomously while managing as lead a portfolio of projects located throughout Europe while offering:

coordination with client on all project issuesissuance to client of any/all project documentationresponsibilities of Project & Purchasing Coordinatorsoversight of Project & Purchasing CoordinatorsCandidates will learn DPI's proprietary software for procurement and technical services Equotus.  In addition, candidates will learn other software relating to these services including: Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, etc)These positions will offer opportunities for advancement to motivated candidates and, once the candidate has acquired the right experience, opportunities to broaden their international and travel experience.  DPI is a small company with a high-profile, international portfolio and is poised for growth over the coming years.
