Rupayan Group is looking for DPM/PM (Construction), Rupayan Construction Ltd.Job Description / ResponsibilityJob Context:We are looking for a reliable Deputy Project Manager/ Project Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner the chosen candidate will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.Job Responsibilities:Project Management, Project costing, Material Management, Planning & progress monitoring, Sub-contractor dealing, Overall supervision, liaison and preparing bills.Candidate must have hands on knowledge on Construction of building under MES Army, PWD, LGED etc.Should have capacity to run projects independently.Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently who are subordinate.Ensure the project is being delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.Budget preparation and follow up for modification work as per requirement of the clients.Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in the project area.Communication with head office regarding implementation works.Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.Quality control of construction material ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.Able to maintain MB book & prepare the bill of quantity done by the contractor.Educational RequirementsBachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil EngineeringSkills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Problem Solving, Leadership and teamwork, Civil Construction, construction project ManagementExperience Requirements8 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, DeveloperAdditional RequirementsAble to forecast project engineering schedule.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership skill.Adaptable and able to work under pressure.Quantitative analytical ability.Job LocationDhaka
