Job Description

Position Overview:This position will be responsible for enhancing the DPQ Channel network in Japan, boosting sell-out growth through the development of targeted resellers, and strengthening EATON’s market presence nationwide.DPQ: Distributed Power Quality, including single phase UPS, rack-mount PDU, MDC (Micro Data Center)This exciting role offers opportunity to: Achieve DPQ sales revenue target in the assigned country. Develop and implement plans to enhance T2 resellers’ engagement to increase market share.Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects.Work with channel sales manager and marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image.Build relationship with distributors and key channel partners to grow the 2-tier and single-tier channel business.Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.Analyze the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis.Mobilize EATON resources to close projects and create satisfied customers.Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the customers’ organization.Comply with bid review process.Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements.Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton DPQ business.Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values.To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System: a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking. b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS. c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements. d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals. e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS. f. Create a culture of continuous improvement.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in electrical engineering.A minimum of 5 years of on-quota, B2B technology sales experience.A history of selling UPS, rack-mount PDU, Electrical solutions and licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets.Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.Teamwork and good communication skills a must.Prospecting Skills.Technical Understanding.Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus.Professionalism.Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
