About The RoleArcadis DPS Group specializes in Project Management, Multi-Discipline Design, and Construction Management for Pharmaceutical and Life Science Buildings. Based in our Dublin office, you will play a key role as Lead Process Engineer, managing the process design team and delivering innovative solutions for diverse Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects across Ireland and Europe.

Reporting to the Process Dept Manager, you will lead the development of production processes and drive plant improvements while providing technical expertise. Be part of something impactful – join us!Key ResponsibilitiesShape Project Success: Define the scope of project deliverables and lead the implementation of process designs to ensure timely, budget-friendly completion that exceeds client expectations. Lead with Expertise: Oversee all process design deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, process reports, calculations, and equipment specifications. Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure seamless coordination across disciplines, providing process input and deliverables to clients and stakeholders. Uphold Standards:

Ensure compliance with applicable local, international, and client-specific codes and standards. Drive Safety and Quality: Represent process design in PHAs, HAZOPs, design reviews, and peer reviews while maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance. Innovate and Improve: Identify and implement process technologies and improvement techniques while fostering continuous learning and development within the engineering team. Empower Teams: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of high-performing professionals to achieve project goals and personal growth. Skills & Experience RequiredEducation: A higher technical degree in Industrial, Process, or Chemical Engineering. Leadership Experience:

12–16 years of experience as a process engineer in design consultancy or Food/Pharmaceuticals/GMP manufacturing environments, with prior experience as a Design Lead on projects. Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, AE teams, vendors, and system owners. Problem-Solving: Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges. Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and process-related software, with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Team Leadership: Ability to build, lead, develop, and inspire a team of professionals to reach their full potential. High Competency in Clean Utilities:

Expertise in clean utilities design and implementation, with the ability to be a Subject Matter Expert in this area for the global organisation.
