In this Project Engineer job you will be supporting projects from initiation to closeout related to utilities, process and automation systems.
This will involve supporting senior managers executing a diverse mix of large capital and expense projects. Main Duties: As Project Engineer, your job will be to ensure key project deliverables are met and that work is compliant with relevant standards, regulations and compliance measures. Adhering to company project stage-gate principles to manage project life-cycle. Developing project budgets, obtaining approvals and adhering to project scope. Designing solutions that comply with regulatory standards and engineering guidelines. Using planning tools to keep projects on schedule and coordinating parallel activities. Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently.
Managing start-up and commissioning of equipment, and completing project close-outs. Any other duties as required. Your background: You’ll be a good fit for this Project Engineer job if you have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical environment or similar. A relevant third level engineering degree will also be required, and you will have strong project management skills.
