Join us and be part of a team that is redefining industry standards while making a meaningful impact on global trade and sustainability.Position OverviewThe Drafter in the Asset Property Division plays a critical role in supporting the planning, development, and maintenance of Meratus Group's extensive portfolio of physical assets. This includes, but is not limited to, Container Logistic Centers (CLCs), terminals, warehouses, port facilities, and corporate office properties.The primary function of this role is to translate engineering, architectural, and survey data into accurate, professional, and up-to-date CAD drawings and documentation. The Drafter ensures that all property plans—from site layouts and boundary maps to detailed facility floor plans—are precise, compliant with regulations, and readily available for construction, maintenance, and property management teams across the Group's domestic and international network.Responsibilities: • Preparing accurate and coordinated drawings across the civil, structural, and architectural disciplines for building and infrastructure projects. • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD/Revit drawings for civil, structural, and architectural elements. • Interpret and apply markups from engineers and architects. • Coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and other engineering disciplines. • Produce and maintain as-built drawings, drawing logs, and revision records.Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture or related fields from a reputable university • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a specialized drafting or civil design role, 2+, preferably in a multidisciplinary or construction-focused environment. • Understanding of construction methods and terminology related to civil, structural, and architectural design. • Demonstrated proficiency or significant exposure to advanced Civil/BIM software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, 12D, and/or Autodesk Revit, is highly desirable. • Ability to interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications.
