The Drafter & Estimator will be responsible for preparing drawings, plans, and technical layouts, estimating construction costs and materials, and collaborating closely with the design and project management teams. Additional responsibilities include evaluating project requirements, creating accurate drafts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.QualificationsProficiency in technical drawing and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-UpExperience with estimation and cost analysis methodologies for construction projectsStrong knowledge of Architectural, Structure and Design principlesAttention to detail and ability to check drawings for accuracyExcellent project management and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in Kota Bandar LampungPrevious experience working in construction or design-related fieldsBachelor’s degree in Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredSalary start from Rp. 4.000.000
