We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Drafter to bring creativity and precision to our engineering projects, transforming innovative concepts into detailed and accurate technical drawings that drive our cutting-edge designs forward.FINNS World's Best Beach Club is not just a beach club; it's a destination where dreams come alive! Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics from conceptual designsUse CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA) to create 2D and 3D modelEnsure that all drawings and models adhere to industry standards and project specificationCollaborate with engineers, architects, and other design professionals to understand project requirements and incorporate their feedback into the drawingsAssist in translating engineering ideas and concepts into accurate drawingsRevise and update existing drawings based on feedback, changes in project scope, or engineering modificationsMaintain version control and ensure all drawing revisions are documentedPrepare technical documentation, including specifications, material lists, and assembly instructionsEnsure that all technical documents are accurate and completeReview drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standardsConduct quality checks to ensure that all drawings are free of errors and inconsistenciesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldExtensive experience in drafting and design, preferably in mechanical, civil, electrical engineering industryExperience in MEP is preferableProficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD/Revit/BIM/3DS Max/Navisworks)Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standardsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTechnical design expertiseProject management and leadershipKnowledge of construction materials and methodsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesJob BenefitsAn opportunity to work in a world-renowned beach clubGrowing your skills and the possibility of growing within the companyFast growing companyCompetitive salary packageFINNS Bali MembershipBPJS and insurance Mandiri healthcare
