Role Description This is an hybrid and remote role in a fashion brand based in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Pattern Drafter or CLO3D Expert. The individual will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed digital and manual patterns, utilizing CLO3D software for pattern drafting, and collaborating with the creative director to bring concepts to life. Additional responsibilities include maintaining quality assurance in pattern precision, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to design refinement. The role involves close interaction with the creative and production teams to ensure efficient processes and high-quality results. Qualifications Proficiency in manual and digital pattern drafting with a focus on CLO3D softwareStrong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and size gradingThe ability to collaborate effectively with designers and production teamsAttention to detail, creative problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skillsHands-on experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on pattern making and technology expertiseStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA degree or certification in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
