Secondary Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevantA native-level speaker of Japanese is preferred, or passed JLPT-N1Reception and telephone service, or some experience handling guests/clients/customers (preferred but not required)English language conversation skills (email, business calls, etc.
