Job DescriptionYou are a passionate HR manager and enjoy the complexity of working with colleagues in different countries? As an HR Business Partner for the CEE region at Drees & Sommer, you will support business leaders and employees on strategic and operational level across multiple countries. You will also be responsible for the implementation of HR strategies that align both with regional business goals and company processes and guidelines, ensuring consistency while respecting local labor laws and cultural nuances.
Act as the primary HR contact for business units in CEE region (currently CZ, HU and PL) during the whole employee lifecycle. Provide professional consultancy and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Collaborate with the global HR team to implement company-wide programs and policies. Partner with regional leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy and balance local and group needs. Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, employer branding and organizational development. Drive performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development , employee engagement and retention and other HR related initiatives.
Analyze regional HR data and provide insights to support strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all CEE countries in cooperation with Legal and local experts.
QualificationsBachelor´s or Master´s degree in human resources, business administration or relevant fieldProven HR experience as HR Business partner preferably with regional or international scopeStrong understanding of labor laws and HR practices in CEE countries, knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practicesAn analytical mind with problem-solving abilities and resilient mindsetExcellent communication and consulting skills, great team playerComputer savvy; working knowledge of HR IT (Success Factors, payroll etc. ) is advantageousFluent in Hungarian or Polish or Czech language, plus English Professional Working Proficiency.
German is very advantageousWillingness to travel locally within the defined regions and to Headquarters in StuttgartWe offer an attractive, market-competitive compensation package based on your qualifications and experience, starting at a gross annual salary of € 66,000. In accordance with legal requirements, we are obliged to state the minimum salary as defined by the applicable collective agreement. For this position, the minimum gross monthly salary (full-time) is € 2. 809,52.
