Our efforts from 2023 onwards are focused on making the Bayan Khundii project a model of responsible mining.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Drill and Blast Engineer located in Bayankhongor. The Drill and Blast Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing drilling and blasting operations. Daily tasks will include creating blast designs, preparing blasting schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations. This role requires close attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety standards.QualificationsExpertise in Drill and Blast Engineering and blast designExperience in planning, scheduling, and overseeing drilling and blasting operationsKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and liaise with other departmentsBachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mining Geotechnics or a related fieldExperience in the mining industry is a plusProficiency in relevant software and technology
