Dripdrop is the leading hotel umbrella service in the world. Our customer- base primarily consists of the biggest and most recognized brands such as: Radisson, Hilton, Marriott, Scandic and so on. Before you know it, Dripdrop will be a standard service offering on most hotels. The road to that is paved with building a highly skilled and extremely customer focused team. About The RoleAt Dripdrop, we believe in a smarter, more sustainable way to share everyday essentials. Our umbrellas are made from recycled materials, and our circular model helps cities, venues, and people reduce waste while staying dry. As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be on the frontlines of that mission — making sure our users and partners have an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. This is not just a support role. It’s a hands-on, high-impact position where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day interactions while helping us shape the future of customer success as we scale.
You’ll BeHandling email and phone requests with care and clarity. Responding to around 20 support tickets/day through Zendesk — assigning, tracking, and ensuring everything is handled on time. Using Pipedrive to manage and follow up on partner relationships. Supporting with the technical side of our service operations — don’t worry, we’ll give you all the onboarding and training you need. 1–2x/month testing in our production facility in Risskov. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success Manager, Anne Eickenberg, and be part of a 6-person team.
