Drive Test Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking skilled and proactive Drive Test Engineers to support our upcoming 5G and LTE network performance project in Singapore.In this role, you will be responsible for executing field tests, collecting accurate network data, and ensuring all measurement activities are performed to the highest technical and quality standards.You will work closely with our optimization and project teams to deliver reliable insights that drive network excellence.Key Responsibilities:Execute 5G NR (NSA/SA), LTE, and legacy network drive tests using TEMS Investigation and Nemo Outdoortools.Conduct outdoor drive routes and indoor/walk tests as per project requirements.Validate logging quality in real time, ensuring all devices are properly connected, GPS locked, scripts configured correctly, and continuous logging is maintained.Configure test devices before field activity — smartphones, scanners, RF accessories, GPS, and power systems.Manage SIM cards and APN configurations, verifying data plans and test call readiness.Monitor key KPIs in the field including throughput, coverage, and signal quality.Communicate field observations and issues to the optimization team (e.g., unreachable sites, dropped calls, missing data).Adhere strictly to planned drive routes, schedules, and safety protocols.Submit daily logs and field activity reports promptly with accurate data.Maintain proper care, handling, and accountability for all testing equipment and vehicles used during operations.Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Drive Test and Field Measurement for LTE/5G networks.Proficient in TEMS Investigation, Nemo Outdoor, and related post-processing tools.Strong understanding of RF parameters, coverage analysis, and network KPIs.Hands-on experience with device configuration, GPS systems, and data collection tools.Ability to work independently and in a team under tight timelines.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Willing to travel and perform extensive fieldwork.Possess a valid driving license (preferred).Join our team and help shape the future of connectivity in Singapore!Email : recruitment@techbros.ioSubject : Drive Test Engineer - Singapore - Full Name
