As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to various destinations within the city and surrounding areas. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulationsTransport passengers or goods to designated locations in a timely mannerPlan and optimize routes using GPS and navigation tools, considering traffic patterns and road conditionsMaintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, ensuring it is in good working conditionPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate departmentAssist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods when necessaryProvide friendly and professional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concernsAccurately complete all required paperwork, including trip logs and vehicle inspection reportsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operationsAdapt to changing schedules and route assignments as neededMaintain a thorough knowledge of Baghdad's streets, landmarks, and traffic patternsFollow all company policies and procedures, prioritizing safety at all timesQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent knowledge of Baghdad's streets, traffic patterns, and local regulationsStrong communication skills with fluency in English and ArabicProven ability to provide exceptional customer serviceBasic vehicle maintenance skillsProficiency in using GPS and navigation toolsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and assist with loading/unloadingFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
