Job DescriptionDevelop and manage budgeting for driver operations.Conduct manpower planning for driver operations (applied for BPO employees).Lead and execute strategic projects related to cost optimization and cost monitoring.Lead a lean and agile team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and collaboration.Coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders on contract generation, project execution, and evaluation.Support ad-hoc business needs or special initiatives, ensuring agility and readiness in dynamic operational challenges.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.3–5 years of experience in budgeting, cost control, and or operational project management, preferably in banking, logistics, ride-hailing, or fast-paced tech operations.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.A can-do attitude remains positive, resourceful, and persistent in solving challenges.Ownership mindset takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong initiative, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
