Kalite Koordinatörü

Kalite Koordinatörü'nün görevi, uygunsuz malzeme sürecini tespit etmek ve temizlik sürecini yönlendirmektir. Rol, organizasyon yapısı içinde Proses Kalite departmanına bağlıdır. Görev TanımıAna Sorumluluklar / GörevlerÜretimde temizlik analizlerini yürütmek ve iyileştirme çalışmalarına liderlik etmek. 5S konusundaki iyileştirme çalışmalarını yönetmek ve personele 5S sistemini öğretmek. Üretim, gelen muayene ve depo içinde dahili ayrıştırmayı organize etmek ve yönetmek. Üretimde temizlik çalışmalarına liderlik etmek.

Üretimde temizlik konusundaki iyileştirme çalışmalarında aktif rol almak. Temizlik laboratuvarından gelen sonuçları takip etmek ve önleyici çalışmalar yapmak. Üretim ve depoda ayrıştırma çalışmalarından sorumlu olmak ve liderlik etmek. Kalite sorunlarının çözümünde destek sağlamak. Süreç kontrolü, rutinler ve çalışma talimatlarına uyum açısından hat denetimleri gerçekleştirmek. Üretimde 5S çalışmalarını organize etmek ve liderlik etmek. Üretimde Tecsa denetimlerini organize etmek ve yönetmek. Üretimde tüm alanlarda 5S denetimleri yapmak. 5S eğitimi vermek.

5S için KPI (Performans Göstergesi) sahibi olmak. Operasyonel Mükemmellik çalışmalarına liderlik etmek. Sapmalar tespit edildiğinde üretimi durdurma yetkisine sahip olmak. 5S ve temizlik prosedürlerine göre iyileştirmeleri etkilemek. Üretimde ve dahili ayrıştırmada uygunsuz malzeme yönetimiyle ilgili iyileştirmeleri etkilemek.

Eğitim ve DeneyimMeslek yüksek okulu, meslek lisesi veya lise mezunu olmak,Analitik düşünen ve kalite çalışmalarına ilgi duyan,Hem pratik hem de teorik olarak teknik konulara ilgi duyan,5S konusunda eğitimli ve deneyimli olan,MS Office programlarına çok hâkim,Kalite araçları konusunda eğitimli ve deneyimli olan.
