Job Description:Who we are:Aetherion Dynamics is a new Dutch deep-tech company developing and producing 100 % sovereign high-performance drones and mission-critical 3D-printed components for civilian, law-enforcement and defence customers across Europe. No Chinese frames, no ITAR restrictions — everything designed, printed and certified in the Netherlands.who you are:You design, print, test and certify the actual drones and parts that will fly missions across Europe. these job offers are for multiple different positions. We are looking for drone technicians/ engineers who are able to innovate and create new platforms and technologies. we are also looking for employees to assemble drones and other spar parts. a 3D operator/technician is also need to operate the 3D printing side of operations.:TakenCreate lightweight airframes (multirotor, fixed-wing, VTOL up to 150 kg)Run industrial 3D printers daily: HP MJF, Markforged carbon fiber & Metal X, EOS metalWork with PA-CF, ULTEM 9085/1010, PEKK, Ti64, Inconel, ScalmalloyDeliver design → print → post-process → flight test in under one weekBuild a 48–72 h spare-parts service for EU customersPrepare EASA and military airworthiness documentation (STANAG, MIL-STD)Push DfAM, topology optimisation and lattice structures to the limitKwalificatieshands-on in drone design OR industrial additive manufacturingExpert in Fusion 360, Siemens NX or nTopologyReal experience printing structural, flight-critical partsDeep understanding of support removal, heat treatment, HIP, finishingFluent English (Dutch = bonus)Composites, wind-tunnel or actual flight testingDefence or public-safety project experienceFamiliar with EASA Part 21 / DOA processesWe offer€65–90k + 8 % holiday pay + solid pensionBrand-new printer fleet and unlimited test materialWBSO perks, travel allowance, relocation supportSmall team, huge impact — you shape the entire hardware sideReady to build the drones Europe will actually fly?Send CV + short motivation (or photos/links of parts/drones you’ve made).We move fast — first hires decided this winter
