Our HR team is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Learning Specialist to join us!What We’re Looking For?We’re seeking a Learning Specialist to manage key aspects of our training function. This role involves designing impactful learning experiences, leading engaging training sessions and workshops, and helping employees across various teams reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with team members and leaders to drive both professional and organizational growth through high-quality learning initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing?Identify training needs and develop the annual training plan and budgetManage and execute the training budgetImplement, coordinate, and support learning programsDefine and track key learning KPIsManage relationships with training and workshop vendorsFacilitate selected training sessions and workshopsWhat Do You Need?B.
