The ideal candidate would possess: 1-3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Experience in iCIMS – our ATS software system is REQUIRED. Expertise in high volume staffing; ability to handle & operate all aspects of recruiting. Experience in being able to hire 10-20 candidates weekly. Generate a pipeline of quality field team members and search resume databases (receptionists, hair stylists, assistant managers, and education trainers) and handle all stages of the recruitment process. Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on the goals and needs of the designated markets. Build a robust and consistent talent pool to administer and collect employment applications for candidates in your respective markets.

Clearly identify qualified candidates through sourcing & multi-channel efforts using different job boards such as (Indeed, Linkedin, Ziprecruiter, Glassdoor)Manage all process steps including scheduling manager interviews/auditions, reference checks, drafting offer letters, and coordinating all new hire paperwork. Identify key recruiting KPI’s, develop recruitment goals and objectives and be able to showcase /prepare progress reports. Experience using the following platforms: Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, Monster and Zip Recruiter. WHAT YOU’LL NEED… We want you to succeed in this position and will help coach you in refining your skills. The ideal candidate would possess:

Cosmetology license and Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Strong conceptual thinking. We want our team to be able to start projects off from an incredibly strong position and come up with unforeseen, clever concepts to move forward with a deep level of care about the quality of your work and how it reflects on your character is the Drybar way.
