This hybrid role offers flexibility while engaging in hands-on engineering work to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Design, specify, and implement equipment solutions for food & beverage production lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment meets safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for equipment failures and inefficiencies.
Support commissioning, validation, and maintenance planning of new and existing machinery. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to manage equipment procurement and upgrades. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). Experience in equipment design, maintenance, or reliability engineering. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with lean manufacturing or TPM principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Willingness to travel occasionally across sites in the Netherlands and Belgium.
