Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. is looking for DSM - SEAP Dealer NetworkJob Description / ResponsibilityAchieve divisional sales and collection targets through effective planning and execution.Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and company objectives.Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.Analyze dealer performance, including stock levels, balances, dues, and collections to drive growth.Support smaller dealers to expand business and recover dues from default accounts.Conduct regular market visits to monitor product display, availability, and adherence to company standards.Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and provide feedback for improvement.Identify new customers, business opportunities, and untapped markets for expansion.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams for alignment and consistency.Monitor competitor activities, sales trends, and promotional strategies to protect and grow market share.Provide training and coaching to enhance the team’s product knowledge and selling skills.Ensure dealer compliance with company policies and take corrective actions when necessary.Prepare and present sales, collection, and market performance reports to senior management.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department or management.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Dealer Management, Presentation and Reporting, Dealer or Channel Development, Dealer Relationship ManagementExperience Requirements8 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Computer Hardware/Network Companies,Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Freight forwarding,Group of Companies,Research Organization,Mobile Accessories,Battery, Storage cell,HVAC SystemAdditional RequirementsWorking experience in the field of LED Light, Switch, Socket, and accessories sales.Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh & travel frequently.Physically fit, energetic and able to work under pressure.Smart and having a decent personality.Problem-solving aptitude.Strong team building and leadership skills.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Well-spoken quality.Good computer operating skills.Able to take on challenges.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
