Scrum Master / Team Coach (f/m)We are seeking talented, empathetic, and dynamic Scrum Masters / Team Coaches to enhance our team collaboration, support continuous product delivery, and optimize our working methods. As a Scrum Master / Team Coach, you will lead our agile development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. Your empathy will help you support and coach employees, recognizing and managing individual and collective needs. By developing your agile team, you positively impact the scaled product development environment and other teams in our agile release train.

You will work constructively with team coach colleagues on holistic improvement approaches, acting as the interface between the team, product, and ART level. Your professional experience in agile methods allows you to adapt methodologies to the situation and act accordingly. You live agile approaches, remain resilient in difficult situations, and continuously strive for innovation through training, research, and self-organized sparring.

Your Taskstogether with the Product Owner, enable the agile development process of one or more teamssupport the scaled product development process and create transparency in the development process and progress throughout the agile release train with your team coach colleaguescoach team members on agile values, principles, and best practices, and be available as a mentorrecognize the strengths and potential of your team members and support them in their further developmentproactively recognize potential obstacles and work with the team on how to overcome themmoderate and organize reviews and workshopsfoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and trust within the team and beyondensure clear communication and collaboration between all team members and stakeholdersYour Qualificationsfluent in Croatian languagein- depth knowledge and a good understanding of agile methods, their effects and can adapt them to the situationexcellent communication and collaboration skillsa deep understanding of the conditions under which excellent teams form and work togetherideally, at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Team Coach or Agile Coachexperience in scaled, agile product development structuresideally, a track record of leading and facilitating agile development teamsyou have a ScrumMaster certification or other relevant agile certificationsWhat We Offerwork-life balance:
