The Learning Technology & Services team plays a vital role in supporting DSTA Academy’s training initiatives. We manage the administration, logistics, and coordination of in-house courses, training events, and external course registrations to ensure seamless learning experiences. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end training administration, including pre-course preparation, on-site support, and post-course evaluations. Plan and coordinate training logistics, such as booking and setting up training rooms, virtual training platforms, and on-site facilities. Work closely with vendors, caterers, and IT support to ensure smooth execution of training events.
Manage the distribution of training materials and resources. Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, assessments, and certification tracking for mandatory training. Assist course managers and lecturers to enhance course delivery and facilitate a positive learning experience for participants. Administer registration and enrolment for external training courses, liaising with course providers and confirming participant details. Track and process course payments, reimbursements, and invoicing for external training. Maintain a centralised database of external training providers, course offerings, and historical enrolment records. Ensure compliance with organisational training policies and guidelines. RequirementsDiploma in any discipline.
Experience in training administration, event management, or procurement is an advantage. Familiarity with learning technologies and their applications in the smart classroom environments. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-orientation mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Resourceful, meticulous, and highly organised.
