Job Title : DT Future Fit Development Assistant Manager (Contract-Based)Work Location : Unilever CambodiaWork with strong and agile stake holders, DT Future Fit Dev Manager is a person who have to be outspoken and proficient understanding fundamentals of Distributor operation while actively looking for ways to improve upon it to future-fit distributive trade business. The role will also benefit from high data analytical skill since he/she will be spending a big proportion of their time analyzing the results and outcomes of execution in the market and to find things out on the white spaces that we must improve on the business apart from or in addition to day-to-day operation.Key ResponsibilitiesFuture Fit Strategy & Program DevelopmentDevelop a "Future-Fit" Distributor Program defining the necessary standards, skills, systems, and structures distributors need to remain competitive and aligned with the company's long-term goals.Lead the identification, pilot, and rollout of new ideas within the distributor operational processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.Distributor Assessment & Performance ManagementConduct comprehensive capability assessments of current distributors across operational, financial, technical, and human capital dimensions, identifying critical gaps against the "Future-Fit" standard.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics specifically related to capability development and long-term business health (e.g., distributor capability scorecard, adoption of new technology, compatibility of distributor with the business long-term goal).Work with sales and back office teams to integrate distributor capability metrics into the overall Distributor Performance Management and incentive framework.Key RequirementsMS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)Good CommunicationStrong Negotiation skillsGood teamworkPresentation skillsData Analytical skillsBe flexible and adaptable with ability to work under pressure during project management life cycleUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
