Job opportunityExciting role to support the Senior Secondary Education Improvement Project in the Solomon Islands. DT Global is seeking for qualified experts and potential partners for the Senior Secondary Education Improvement Project, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

This transformative initiative aims to enhance the quality and relevance of senior secondary education (Years 10–12) in the Solomon Islands. The project will achieve this by reforming the curriculum to make learning more practical and aligned with foundational skills required for lifelong learning and future employment. A key focus will be on resilience-oriented skills and job creation. Key roleAssessment Expert (national) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, Assessment, Curriculum Development, Educational Measurement, or related area. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in education assessment, curriculum development, and student learning evaluation.

Working experience with national education systems, curriculum reform, and textbook development. Deep understanding of formative and summative assessment approaches. Designed and implemented school-based and national assessments. Knowledge of competency-based curriculum reforms and their alignment with assessment practices. Familiarity with textbook development and alignment with assessment frameworks. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to assess the learning outcomes of the students.
