About Vesta GlobalThe World is Yours with Vesta Global !We consistently satisfy our clients by providing timeless service, practical advice and of course, stunning results.Vesta Global provides marketing and sales consultancy service in the real estate sector.With our overseas investment and residency permit programs, we provide turn-key consultancy services in all stages from finding real estate investment suitable for its customers to legal processes and obtaining a residency permits and second passports.About The JobWe are looking for a Dubai Real Estate Sales Executive to join our fast paced and self-accountable team.At Vesta Global, we analyze each client's needs individually, offer the most reliable programs in the world and organize all necessary procedures on behalf of our customers in the fastest and most effective way.We also provide construction and investment companies with turn-key solutions from development of projects for domestic and overseas real estate projects to marketing and sales consultancy and creating overseas sales channels.Vesta Global always stands by its customers and works to meet the expectations with our perspective of 100% customer satisfaction.We are a Turkey based company which is located in Bebek, İstanbul.Check out https://www.vestaglb.com/ to find out more.As part of our sales teaö your key responsibilities will include:· Take an active role in expanding our overseas real estate projects and driving sustainable business growth.Oversee the strategic real estate projects related to growing areas especially in Dubai regionManage partner relations to ensure successful market performance,Recognize the demands of clients to establish and preserve strong, long-lasting customer relationships,· Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans towards reaching the assigned goals,· Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers who could benefit from our offerings,Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals,· Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers· Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipelinePrepare regular sales reports and analyze the market for identifying areas for improvement,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing potential issues and providing after-sales support,· Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.· Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.· Understand customer requirements for future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.· Attend industry events & conferences to generate new pipeline to our consultancy services,Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts),Manage conversion of leads received through various marketing channels. We are looking for highly motivated and internationally minded professionals who meet the following qualifications:This position is open exclusively to candidates who know Dubai very well, preferably has lived in Dubai ,· At least 5 years of experience including minimum 3 years in sales area,· Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or in related disciplines,Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments,· The ability to manage strong communications skills with internal & external partners and to have a solid network,Willing to learn new international environments with no travel restrictions,· Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills,· Strong negotiation and closing skills,· Proven lead generation ability, both globally and locally,· Self-motivated and keen to learn new regulations, procedures, etc.· Have no obstacle to travel to international areas.· Advanced command of English (both written and spoken) is a must;
