Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs. Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field. 0 ā 6 months of experience in technical recruitment or a related field. A strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
