Dublin Aerospace Group is a Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO) based in Ireland and the UK, specialising in Base Maintenance, Landing Gear and APU overhaul. We are a leading player in the MRO market in Europe and have established ourselves as a high quality, reliable service provider. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Graduate to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and induction activities for new starters. Maintain and update employee records in the HR system. Assist with organising training sessions, tracking attendance and maintaining training recordsContribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day operations. Help ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Continuously improve HR processes and practices. Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks such as generating reports, allocating car park permits, and processing DAA airside access applications. Perform other HR-related duties as required.
Person SpecificationEssentialRecent graduate (within the past 4 years) with a minimum Level 7 qualification in Human Resources or a Business-related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of attention to detail and organisational ability. Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible in approachProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eligible to obtain and maintain a current valid airside pass (must pass a 5-year security background check). Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Permitted to live and work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction. DesirablePrevious internship or work experience in an HR or administrative role. Knowledge of HR systems or databases.
