We're looking for a passionate and empathetic Family Support Worker to deliver practical, strengths-based support. You will be required to work across the 5 Family Hubs listed below:
Brierley Hill Family HubDudley Family HubCoseley Family HubHalesowen Family HubStourbridge Family HubAs a Family Support Worker, You Will Provide direct support to children, young people, and families, tailored to individual needs. Build positive relationships to empower families and promote improved outcomes. Work collaboratively with other professionals, agencies, and community groups to deliver integrated early help. Support the development and delivery of workshops, parenting programmes, and community-based activities. Help families navigate services and access timely support through the Dudley Early Help Strategy. Uphold safeguarding responsibilities across all aspects of your work.
Contribute to service development and ensure quality support aligned with the continuum of need.
