Managing and expanding the existing customer portfolio,Carrying out all marketing activities related to the company’s products in line with defined targets and strategies,Preparing and implementing periodic visit plans to accurately identify and fully meet the needs and expectations of existing and potential customers,Having solid knowledge of the market and customers, and analysing and interpreting this information effectively,Managing and monitoring the entire process from order receipt through production to the collection stage,Investigating customer complaints and working proactively to minimize them and ensure customer satisfaction.
