Role & ResponsibilitiesRoleAll our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include: Supporting the senior kitchen team with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.

Assisting in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for various kitchen stations. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food preparation areas. Following HACCP guidelines and food safety procedures at all times. Working as part of a team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation and consistently high food quality. RequirementsA positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen environment. Some previous experience in a kitchen is desirable but not essential—full training will be provided. A strong interest in food, culinary techniques, and a career in hospitality.

Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
