We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Advisor to join our fully remote team, providing first-class support for a global leader in consumer electronics.This is a fully remote position, but it requires you to be a resident of and legally authorized to work in Greece. For highly qualified candidates currently residing outside of Greece, we offer a comprehensive relocation package, including flight tickets and accommodation, to help you make the move and get settled.The RoleAs a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients in the Dutch market. You will provide high-quality support and guidance for a wide range of products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to listen to customers' needs and questions and guide them toward a positive resolution with patience and a clear, simple approach.
