In this position, you will be working as an Dutch-speaking customer service agent for one of our clients, who is a rapidly growing international company within e-finance. Your job will consist of helping customers through Social Media channels with questions regarding invoices, billing requests, refunding and general support. The most important task however is to give the customer a great experience and leave them with a positive feeling.
