We’re now looking for a meticulous and motivated Acquisitions & Transfer Officer to support our growing operations. Job DescriptionWorking with the team from Dutton One and an exceptional leader, you will:
Ensure registration numbers and correct documentation accompany all invoices and recordsConfirm registration currency (or expiry not exceeding 3 months)Prepare and complete acquisition paperworkConduct verification of registered ownership (VRO)Perform timely VRO checks and vehicle transfers (online and manual)Reconcile all transfer costsMaintain compliance with VicRoads regulations, identity checks, privacy, and audit requirementsMaintain accurate and well-organised recordsScan and attach invoices and contractsEnter creditor invoices and assist with general office tasksQualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage a high volume of work under tight deadlinesConfident communicator by phone and emailUnderstanding of privacy and compliance protocolsProfessional, reliable, and well-presentedCompetent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Holds a current Victorian Driver’s LicencePrevious automotive experience and/or knowledge of VicRoads systems is desirable but not essentialA current Police Check is requiredAdditional InformationWhy work for us?You will have access to a fully funded Employee Assistance Program to provide you with the support and resources to thrive personally and professionally.
