Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and strategic Sales Professional to lead the growth and adoption of our Enterprise Transformation Platform (ETP) solutions in Qatar. This role will focus on identifying sales opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to closure—ensuring successful delivery of transformation platform solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ETP solutions within Qatar, developing and maintaining a strong sales pipelineClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers to support their transformation initiativesSolution Positioning:
Effectively communicate the value of ETP offerings—covering digital transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and modernization—aligned with customer objectivesEnd-to-End Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and closureInternal Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and legal to craft tailored solutions, proposals, and pricing for clientsForecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM tools, ensuring timely and reliable reporting to leadershipTarget Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsMarket Research:
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to Qatar's digital transformation landscapeQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation, or platform salesDeep understanding of Enterprise Transformation Platforms, cloud technology, and automationProven track record managing and closing large, complex deals while exceeding sales targetsStrong ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; capable of engaging with C-level stakeholdersIndustry experience in sectors such as banking, healthcare, telecom, or government is a plusPrior experience operating within the Qatar market is requiredPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft, and OracleAbility to work independently while collaborating across teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking to identify and resolve client challengesExperience in selling IT services, managed services, or platform-based solutions is highly desirableAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
