The Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant should act as the bridge between business users and the technical team, translating operational requirements into efficient, compliant system designs.Please note: This position requires full-time presence in Malaysia time 9:00am – 5:00 pm (5 days per week) fully remote and will be required to travel overseasKey ResponsibilitiesA. Business Analysis & Process MappingConduct workshops with Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Production teams to document as-is processes.  Map process flows and identifies gaps, redundancies, and automation opportunities.  Prepare Fit-Gap Analysis comparing SYSPRO vs D365 BC functionality. B. System Configuration & Testing  Configure core BC modules: GL, AP/AR, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Dimensions, Costing.  Define chart of accounts, posting groups, numbering series, SST (local tax) rules, and report layouts.  Develop and execute UAT scenarios with key users and document sign-offs.  C. Change Management & Training Prepare role-based training materials and conduct hands-on sessions.  Guide super-users through cut-over and hypercare support.  Create SOPs, user manuals, and process reference documents for CoE library.   D. Collaboration & Governance  Work with the Developer to ensure functional requirements are clearly translated into technical solutions.  Support Project Manager in status updates, issue tracking, and risk mitigation.  Coordinate with Finance Controller and CFO for compliance and reporting needs.E. Continuous Improvement  Gather post-go-live feedback and recommend enhancements.  Participate in APAC template refinement for future entities.  Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.  5 + years as Functional Consultant in D365 BC or NAVHands on experience in configuration of Finance and SCM modulesExperience with multi-company and multi-currency setups.  Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800) preferredStrong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing processes.   Familiar with Excel Power Query, Power BI, and data migration tools (Configuration Packages / Rapid Start Services).   Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to conduct training and stakeholder workshopsStructured and detail oriented.
