About the ProjectA major global banking group, is executing an enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 CRM rollout across multiple international business units. The initiative focuses on the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights modules to standardize customer engagement and data-driven marketing across regions.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a strategic global CRM transformation while preparing for future AI-driven enhancements using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the functional lead for Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights modules.Engage with global and local business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.Configure CRM processes, including lead management, campaign automation, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.Ensure alignment between business and technical teams, supporting process harmonization across multiple countries.Drive data quality, compliance, and standardization within the CRM platform.Support UAT, training, and go-live activities for the Hungarian rollout and subsequent EU phases.Contribute to the AI and analytics roadmap, leveraging Microsoft’s CRM and Customer Insights ecosystem.RequirementsFluent in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken).Based in Budapest or within commuting distance.5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.Deep expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights (Data & Journeys) modules.Proven success in enterprise or international CRM implementations — ideally within banking, financial services, or regulated sectors.Strong understanding of CRM data models, process design, and user adoption strategies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.Interest in AI, predictive analytics, and data-driven CRM solutions.
