Job Title:Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution ArchitectJob DescriptionSolution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives.The candidate requires fluent English language skills and is based in Bulgaria.To perform this role, you should be available to travel to the Clients sites.Mandatory Experience ProfileThe candidate requires fluent English language skills to engage in business and technical conversations and workshops with customers.10-15 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM on cloud and optionally on-premisesExpert knowledge in Dynamics 365 Sales (Enterprise, Insights, Copilot in/for Sales) functionality and Dynamics 365 Customer ServiceExtensive experience with Power App development.Design, customize, and administer UI and business logic using Power Platform.Customize and administer UI and business logic.Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions and architecture of Dynamics and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps) and Power Automate, and other Power Platform components.Advanced knowledge of D365 CE enterprise level architecture and connecting with external systems.Familiarity with integrating data from Dataverse, SharePoint, and other sources.Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions with internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services.Familiar with Power Platform governance and administration.Administer and support Power Platform (managed) environments through the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).Deep understanding of Dataverse, governance strategies, environment planning, and security.Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) via solutions and pipelines.Strong ability to engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision makers.Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training and effectively resolve complex Power Apps issues and architectural challenges through strong analytical and collaborative skillsStrong commitment to staying updated on modern engineering practices and tools.Experience in customer facing roles.Desirable RequirementsExperience with Dynamics 365 CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) with Chat and Voice channelsExperience with D365 Customer Insights – Data and Customer Insights – JourneysArchitect and Functional Consultant level Microsoft certifications are preferred.Knowledge of deploying and using the Microsoft Center of Excellence Starter Kit configuration.Experience with Copilot Studio.Location:BGR Work-at-HomeLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full timeIf you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California ResidentsR1675081
