Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer for a 100% remote position supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The selected candidate will design, develop, and implement advanced customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). This role will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions that enhance the Veteran experience.The candidate must reside within the continental US.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation.Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution.Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.Ensure all solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools.Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Additional QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.Experience with data migration and ETL processes.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365 development.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Prior experience collaborating with VA stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems within a federal agency environment.Proven knowledge of Department of Veterans Affairs operations, policies, and programs, with an emphasis on client-facing technology solutions.BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision.401k with Employer Match.PTO + Federal Holidays.Corporate Laptop.Training Opportunities.Remote Opportunity.Note: Selected candidates will be required to complete fingerprinting at a government facility and undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.Equal Opportunity DisclaimerVetsEZ is an equal opportunity employer.
