Job Title: Dynamics CRM 365 Developer/Architect (.Net)Location: Copenhagen, Denmark - Hybrid: 2-3 Days to Office Every WeekDuration: 6 MonthsEmployment Type: Contract B2BRoles & Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics CRM Senior Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365, .NET, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience delivering full-cycle CRM implementations, developing complex customizations, and integrating enterprise-grade solutions across multiple environments.The role involves working closely with technical leads, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality CRM solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver assigned development tasks within defined timelines.Design and document technical solutions, including integrations, plug-ins, workflows, and custom components.Perform unit testing and support system testing, UAT, and end-user training.Troubleshoot and resolve defects across environments.Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with deployment standards.Collaborate within Agile teams using Jira, Azure Boards, Git, or TFS.Required Technical Skill Set (Must-Have)Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365:Entities, workflows, configurations, customizationsPlug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript, TypeScriptWeb resources and integration developmentStrong knowledge of .NET, Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Custom PagesExperience with:SQL Server, Power Platform, SSRSPCF Controls, XRM Toolbox, Web API, REST API, SOAP, Azure FunctionsGood functional understanding of Sales, Marketing Automation, and Service Management modulesHands-on experience with full implementation life cycles across multiple CRM versionsProficient with solution packaging and deploymentsStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPractical experience working with Agile methodologiesGood-to-Have SkillsExperience with Azure DevOpsAbility to produce high-quality functional documentationStrong requirements-gathering and analysis skills
