ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking an E-Commerce Assistant Manager to drive digital growth for our luxury beauty brands in Japan's sophisticated e-commerce market. You will be supporting the E-commerce Manager in executing omni-channel strategies across major platforms while bridging global brand expertise with local market insights.Your main focus:E-commerce OperationsManage multi-platform operations (ZOZO, Department EC sites, Beauty Platforms)Execute product launches and coordinate localized content for Japanese consumersHandle order processing, inventory coordination, and retailer relationship managementCross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and global/APAC teamsSupport promotional planning aligned with Japanese market trends and cultural eventsCreate performance reports combining local insights with global KPIsMarket Analysis & Strategy SupportAnalyze Japanese consumer behavior and competitive landscapeContribute to e-commerce strategy development with market-specific recommendationsSupport CRM initiatives and digital marketing campaignsWorking for Coty means Our people make us who we are.
