What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who thrives in 0-to-1 environments - a builder and operator with strong commercial instincts and a passion for e-commerce excellence.
We’re hiring a commercially-minded, execution-strong E-Commerce Channel Manager to take full operational ownership of a new digital commerce platform designed to market and sell JustCo’s core offerings - and in time, enable onboarding of third-party products and services. This is a foundational role that will help us build and scale a revenue-generating engine for our future digital ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for: The E-Commerce Channel Manager will lead the end-to-end development and growth of this new commerce platform - from MVP to commercial scale. This includes: Driving daily operations (e. g.
listings, pricing logic, funnel performance, UX oversight)Collaborating with tech, content, and marketing teams to build seamless customer journeysTracking and optimising key commercial metrics (e. g. GMV, conversion, AOV, CAC, etc. )Supporting onboarding of internal and external products and services over timeActing as the central business owner for platform health, commercial readiness, and expansion This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with Product, Engineering, Digital Marketing, and Country stakeholders to align execution with broader commercial goals. Prerequisites for the role include:
5–8 years’ experience managing e-commerce channels or digital sales platformsDemonstrated ability to launch or scale a commerce platform (ideally both)Commercially savvy - you know how to monetise trafficStrong grasp of e-commerce funnel performance and CROExperience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and techExposure to B2B, B2C, or hybrid business modelsFluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plusWe will review your application and will contact you within two weeks if you are shortlisted for an interview.
