E-commerce Coach & MentorFull-Time or Part-Time Coaching RoleWho You AreYou are an experienced e-commerce professional with at least 5 years working inside successful product-based brands. You’ve either founded your own or played a critical role in scaling brands from the inside. You’ve seen what works, what breaks, and what it really takes to build something sustainable and profitable.You’re confident across both paid and organic digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how to build visibility and drive revenue through multiple channels. You’re familiar with website optimisation, user experience, and the basics of conversion strategy. You’ve likely worked with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and understand the power of retention and automation. You’re operationally minded and know how systems and backend flows influence growth.Bonus points if you’re excited by AI and emerging tech and how it can streamline, scale, and support e-commerce business profitability.But your true strength? Coaching. You have the ability to connect, uplift, and lead women through the messy middle of building a brand. You’re present, supportive, clear, and encouraging. You’re passionate about making women feel seen and capable. And you love being on camera—delivering training, sharing insights, and guiding with clarity and confidence.The OpportunityThis is more than a coaching role. This is a leadership position inside the day-to-day of hundreds of female-led brands. You’ll be in our programs five days a week, supporting members through live coaching, 1:1 strategy calls, Facebook group engagement, and client resources. You’ll also appear across SHE-com’s social platforms as one of our trusted coaching faces.If you’ve built or worked inside high-performing e-commerce brands and want to help other women do the same, this role is for you.What You'll Do1:1 Strategy Coaching: Run game plan calls to unlock quick wins, solve growth roadblocks, and help members take focused actionGroup Coaching Calls: Lead live sessions on a range of topics including digital marketing, systems, operations, mindset, and growthDaily Community Support: Be a visible, supportive presence inside our Facebook groups with answers, ideas, and guidanceContent Development: Create training modules, templates, and resources for our client hub based on real-world challenges and needsOn-Camera Content: Regularly appear on SHE-com’s social channels sharing tips, insights, and program visibilityFull Funnel Problem Solving: Guide members across all areas of brand growth—paid and organic marketing, email, CRO, AI tools, and backend systemsGoal Accountability: Help members stay on track, keep momentum, and celebrate progressInternal Collaboration: Work with the coaching team to refine the program experience and share insights across the businessWhy This Role Is DifferentReal Impact: You’re helping real women grow profitable businesses with practical strategy and supportBig Picture & Day-to-Day: You’ll support across strategy, mindset, and execution—whatever the member needs mostVisibility: You’ll be a public-facing coach, recognised and valued across our growing SHE-com communityFlexibility: This is a remote role, structured for either full-time or part-timeFuture Focused: You’ll contribute to a company constantly evolving with the e-commerce landscapeCollaborative Culture: Join a powerhouse team of coaches and experts who share wins, tools, and real talkPurpose-Led: Your work will change lives, not just bottom linesWhat We're Looking ForBrand Experience: Minimum 5 years working inside successful product-based e-commerce businessesBroad Skill Set: Strong knowledge of paid and organic digital marketing, email strategy, customer journeys, and operationsConversion Awareness: Understanding of website optimisation and what makes a customer click “buy”AI Curiosity: Bonus points if you’re exploring AI tools that improve automation, reduce cost, and increase profitCoaching Ability: You’re a confident mentor who knows how to teach, guide, and empower female foundersOn-Camera Confidence: You’re excited to show up across social and client-facing video contentEmotional Intelligence: You support from a place of empathy, honesty, and commitment to your clients’ successAvailability: Must be available across five business days per week.
