We are looking for a junior professional to strengthen our Digital Retail team with an eager-to-learn attitude, experience in e-commerce or studies in relevant fields, and attention to detail. If you are a person who thrives in a team but can also work independently and take ownership of your tasks, we can’t wait to hear from you!About the roleIn this role, you will work at the intersection of product management, campaigns, customer experience and digital sales performance - ensuring that our online store is accurate, inspiring and commercially effective.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the wide selection of products in the online Moomin Shop.Keeping the online shop up to date with relevant campaigns and collections.Keeping track of the internal product management process.Enriching and improving SEO product descriptions.Helping our customer support team provide a Moominous customer experience for customers around the world.Managing the Google Merchant product feed.Managing the Meta product catalogue.Collaborate with our international franchising partners.This is a one-year fixed-term (full-time) contract. Our office is based in Helsinki and you will work primarily on-site, with the possibility to work remotely one day per week.What we’re looking forMinimum 1 year experience within e-commerce and/or studies in the fields of Business or Marketing.Customer service experience with a problem-solving mindset.Persistence and patience with tasks that require attention to detail, and might be repetitive at times.A team player with an open mind and a positive attitude towards a variety of tasks.Fluency in English, Finnish and Swedish are considered a big plus.What we offerWe offer an exciting junior role in an international setting.
